I have tracked my delivery today, and it say’s a delivery was attempted but the item could not be delivered. This is strange as someone was in all day unless they didn’t hear the door which of course is more than possible. Also strange that it says here on you’re wonderful website if this is the case that my package could not be delivered (which again it wasn’t), a “Something for you” card would be left with the relevant information to collecting my package….
I’m afraid to say that no such card has been left at my address, (sad) I then scoured you’re website for information concerning how to go about getting my package without a “Something for you” card, after asking ‘Sarah’ a good few times what do I have to do if this happens, but Sarah is a toughy’ and she remains firmly adamant that I should have received one of these “Something for you” cards.
But unfortunately no matter her strict robotic replies, she is greatly mistaken I do not have one of these cards in my possession, (more sad) and therefore have no way of sorting my little problem here. Following this succession of failed attempts to obtain the relevant information, I reached for the old faithful telephone hoping to be greeted by a lovely employee of yours and swiftly shown the error of my ways, and them to gracefully guide me to my very much sought after package.
Again I was stopped sluggishly in my tracks by a barrage of number automated menus leading me in too far flung corner of your very large switchboard, resulting in the unforgivable wastage of about 20 minutes of my time which could have been spent on a great deal of other things e.g. the opening and admiring of the contents of my parcel. But nope again you have succeeded in giving me absolutely no real answers to help along my way, in the quest of getting my hands on my mail. So after a really good go at trying to sort this problem out from my end, I have compiled this little note for you, (whoever you may be you lovely person) to hopefully help me eventually get to the bottom of this great mystery?

If you could let me know how to go about my plan of collection that would be absolutely fantastic, I have a cynical outlook on the results of this email, but I’ve tried everything so I may as well give this a go eh? Well it has been lovely explaining my problem to you, and I thoroughly look forward to your rapid, or perhaps not so rapid correspondence.
